How to make spring rools...
Here r the ingredients...
Red onions,green onions,white onions,carrot,hor fun,an egg and some pure meat...
Water and some pastry...
Mixed the meat and an egg together...
Then put all the ingredient into the bowl..
Put some seasoning(pepper n salf)
Then mixed together!!!
The Invaginationa r Done!!!
Started to rolled it!!!
Put it on the end of the pastry...
Then just rolled it and put some water to the other end side to fixed it!!!

After rolled put all of it into the boiling oil and fried it!!!
Making the sauce...
There are some garlics,red chili fish sauce and salt n sugar...
Mixed the salt n sugar with some hot water
Then mixed with the fish sauce...
Add some lime juice...
Last is mixed it all together!!!
Done!!!Easy right!!!

The dinner was great...After dinner we just chatting on the cruise and drink some wine to keep warm
Coz it was too cold!!!Especially at night...Damn cold!!!I evan can't going outside...
We sing karaoke will all the cruisemate!!!It was really fun...We didn't capture down the great
moment coz our camera was out of battery...Sigh...
